The enrolment form collects company and contact details, administrator details, company branding, and your acceptance of these pilot notices. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Invitation codes are stored as hashes. Registration, approval, activation and access events are audited.

The Platform Owner uses the request to review admission and administer the pilot. Approved merchant users receive access according to their company and assigned role. Activation emails are delivered using the pilot’s configured email provider.

Use synthetic data for testing. Do not submit identity documents, payment details or sensitive tenant information through this form. Contact the Platform Owner through your invitation channel for privacy questions, correction or removal requests; removal may require review of audit and recovery records.
