Pilot participation terms

Version pilot-20260921

DwellNexa is available through company self-enrolment for supervised testing only. It is not a public production service and has no production SLA. Use synthetic test data unless your Platform Owner has separately authorised appropriate real data.

Your company request requires review unless the enrolment policy explicitly permits automatic approval. The Platform Owner controls admission, trial assignment, suspension and pilot access. You must be authorised to request an account for the company you name.

The default trial is 90 days from activation; your assigned dates are shown in your workspace. No subscription payment is required in this controlled pilot. Do not rely on pilot records as your only business records.

Keep credentials and any controlled-cohort invitation codes private. Access only your authorised company workspace. Report issues using Helpdesk or your Platform Owner contact.
